Enter a short description of the issue.

Enter the full version number (e.g. 5.6.0.1). To get this click on the Information button (i) in the windows eBook Reader application or on the About button (i) on the iPad Version.

Enter the full version (e.g. 7 Home Edition 64 bit/ XP Service Pack 2 - 32 Bit/Vista Professional 64 Bit/ etc...) This can be found by going to Control Panel\System and Security\System on your computer.

All installed .NET versions can be found by clicking on the start button and entering %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework into the text box. Open each of the .NET folders at this location - if there are more than four items in the folder then you have that version of .NET installed. Alternatively a small utility can be downloaded from www.asoft.be/prod_netver.html which will tell you which .NET versions you have.

Enter all known iPad Details (i.e. iPad Air 9.7-inch retina display or iPad 4th Gen Model Number A1458, etc...)

From the the Home Screen, tap Settings > General > About. The iOS version is shown (it is just called 'Version')

This is the username with which you were issued by WPGL.

Let us know if your eBook reader was working before this issue.

Enter any localisation settings you use. On Windows this is found in - Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Region and Language. On iPad this is found in - Home > Settings > General > International.

DPI - Dots Per Inch Is a measure of screen dot density.

Screen Resolution should be entered in the format ****x*** (for example - 1024x768)
